Russia’s Kamaz sees 2017 IFRS net profit rising to 1.23 bln rbl
MOSCOW, Dec 20 (PRIME) -- Russia’s largest truck maker Kamaz expects to receive a 1.229 billion ruble net profit and 143 billion ruble revenue in 2017, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), state industrial corporation Rostec said in a statement on Tuesday following a meeting of Kamaz’ board of directors.
Under an adjusted forecast for 2016, the company plans to receive a 150–200 million ruble net profit and 125 billion ruble revenue. It also sees sales at 33,500 trucks, of which 6,200–6,500 will be exported.
Kamaz plans to sell 36,000 cars in 2017, including 30,000 sold at the domestic market and 6,000 at foreign markets, Rostec said.
